2.1 The Framework of Holistic Trade
Accessing the services of HayaNatural.store—whether as a retail buyer of makeup accessories or a bulk importer of industrial-grade soaps—constitutes an agreement to this “Holistic Trade Accord.” This document defines the legal boundaries of our manufacturing, trading, and distribution activities.
2.2 Product Integrity & Manufacturing Warranties
- The Cosmetic Standard: All beauty and fairness products (creams, lotions, face washes) are manufactured under ISO-certified conditions. While we strive for “Natural-First” ingredients, the user acknowledges that individual skin chemistry varies.
- Hygiene & Sanitary Standards: Our personal hygiene line (Sanitary Napkins, Pampers, Gloves, Cotton Rolls) meets rigorous sterilization benchmarks. Once the vacuum-sealed packaging of these hygienic goods is breached, HayaNatural is absolved of contamination liability.
- Fragrance & Chemical Volatility: Our perfumes, deodorants, and hair colors are sensitive to storage temperatures. HayaNatural is not liable for “Scent-Shifting” or chemical separation if products are stored above 30°C post-delivery.
2.3 Import/Export & Global Distribution Mandates
For our international B2B clients, the “Incoterms” specified in the Proforma Invoice shall supersede general retail terms. HayaNatural retains the right to modify “Fairness Product” formulations to comply with the specific health regulations of the importing country (e.g., EU vs. GCC standards).
2.4 Intellectual Property: The “Haya” Portfolio
The branding, chemical compositions of our hair gels, the ergonomic design of our makeup accessories, and our proprietary “Natural-Fairness” complexes are protected under the Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) of Pakistan.
